In our case, we stopped resorting to inbox spam, and turned instead to "Green Eggs and Ham". Today we published an article on the LinkedIn blog recounting the story of how our COO Mark Rickmeier recruited one of our newest developers, Andrew, through a shared love of Dr. Seuss.
