How We Do It :: Methods
Focus on the Three A’s
- Ask questions
- Analyze the answers
- Apply the results
Build only what you need
With technology, less is often more. While we help clients identify and understand all the great things that we can help them accomplish, our primary goal is to refine and reduce what the client thinks they want. How many software development companies can say that?
Break projects into pieces
We build and test software in small pieces. By breaking up projects into smaller deliverables, we make sure that we don’t find ourselves two thirds of the way through a project only to realize that the system we are building isn’t what the client actually wants. Working and testing in small pieces allows the client to easily add or subtract from the scope of the project if the needs of the business change during the course of an engagement.
