Fairbanks is a management consulting firm focused on providing services to state and local governments and school districts, specializing in helping school systems process reimbursement claims for Medicaid-eligible services.
We helped Fairbanks build and continue to maintain their core system that automates the data collection and reporting procedures used to submit these claims. With our help, Fairbanks can serve a larger number of schools using fewer personnel: Since we began working together, automation has dramatically reduced the number of people required to operate the system while improving the quality of service delivered.
