With a group of over 1,000 faculty members, the Department of Medicine (DOM) is the largest academic department at Northwestern’s School of Medicine and a national leader in clinical care, research, and education.

We built a system that aggregates activity across the institution’s clinical, research, teaching, and administrative missions to provide a clear picture of a person’s output. The DOM can then use this data to make hiring, promotion, and compensation decisions.
