Who Are They?
Established in 1923, Dickson designs and manufactures data loggers and chart recorders to monitor and record environmental variables like temperature and humidity.
What Was Needed?
Dickson had a cluttered and ineffective web site, minimal online marketing and no real way to effectively manage its web site’s performance.
What Did We Do?
We architected and built the Dickson web site complete with content and catalog management and bulk emailing. We established unique interactive portions of the site that allow users to register their products, sign up for a calibration reminder service, view product catalogs and more. As a result, Dickson has a significant strategic advantage over its competitors and a superior system for staying in touch with customers.
We also helped to empower customers to find and compare products with a high-quality search engine, product comparison matrices and articles about the real-world usage of Dickson products.
We developed a web analytics suite for customized monitoring of the site’s performance and our analysts continue to work with Dickson to constantly push web merchandising forward. We are also currently working to address core inefficiencies with their data management process.
What Were The Results?
Since engaging Table XI, Dickson has more than quintupled their online sales. The dramatic expansion of online information has reduced telephone support calls, improved search engine rankings and increased sales.
