Who They Are?
ADF Capital is a boutique real estate investment, development and brokerage company that provides services such as property identification, acquisition, investment, due diligence, consulting, property development and asset management to a wide range of retail and institutional clients.
What Was Needed?
ADF wanted to allow investors easy access to information about the performance of their investments.
What Did We Do?
Together with ADF personnel, we architected and built an online investor portal that provides up-to-date information on the performance of the properties owned and managed by ADF along with information about the investment as a whole.
What Were the Results?
Investors were very happy with the portal and ADF continues to grow their asset and investor base. Additionally, they chose to retain us to revamp their consumer-facing web site to provide potential customers, investors and partners with comprehensive information about their services and track record.
