Jason Hanggi

Jason is a developer on the NU Core project.

As a former Java developer for ExtendMed, Jason developed online medical education courses and training programs. A native of Atlanta, he graduated from Northwestern with a BA in computing and information systems, which he says is like a BS in computer science but without the tedious engineering classes, and coursework in more useful subjects like Japanese literature and the music of southeast Asia.

Jason plays lots of drums for lots of groups around town, including percussion and dance ensemble Be the Groove, funk band Funk in the Trunk, and indie rock band The Mediocre Fight.
